 Ken Weaver Owner/ President

 Ken and his wife (Kathy) opened their store in 1975. He is still extremely active in the store and most days you will find him in his office. He strives for this company to have the same values we have had since it has opened. His original motto was “Where Quality is Affordable”.  He believes this motto is true today at Weaver’s Flooring America.  Matt Weaver Commercial and New Business Manager

 Matt has worked at his father’s store since 1994. He has had a hand in every aspect of the business. He started as an installation apprentice in high school,  worked store counter sales and accounting in college, and has since enjoyed both retail sales and building relationships with local builders and General Contractors.  He stills assists his existing customer base and also is in charge of managing/growing the commercial side of the business. He has managed many projects at VMRC, EMU, and JMU. Matt is able  to assist with the largest of commercial flooring projects to the smallest residential jobs. Chad Nussbaum Sales Manager

Chad has worked for Weaver’s Flooring America since 1998. His time at the store has been spread out over many different areas of the business. He has worked in the warehouse and front office. His job currently Sales Manager, in this position he supports all sales staff, prices the showroom, and orders most of the flooring. He also is a salesperson whenever an extra one is needed.  Dale Brubaker Retail Sales Consultant

Dale is our longest tenured retail salesperson. He has been a salesperson for Weaver’s since 2003. Dale’s honesty and timeliness makes him a great asset to our team.  With his flooring experience he has overseen various types of projects. These projects range from small single room projects to new home construction. Another project he oversees is the replacement of flooring at Bridgewater Retirement Community.   Dale is a lifelong Valley resident and some things he enjoys are kayaking, spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys going on church service and mission trips which has taken him to different areas of the States and around the world.  Paul Remis Retail Sales Consultant

 Paul has been a salesperson for Weaver’s since 2006. He has been involved in the floor covering industry since 1978. He has installed all types of floor covering and owned his own store in Charlottesville prior to coming to work for us. Paul’s experience and “floor covering knowledge” makes him a huge asset to Weaver’s. He always desires to help each client find the right floor covering choice for each specific usage. Paul lives in Verona with his wife Brenda.  Camron Conrad Retail Sales Consultant

Camron has served twice as a retail sales consultant once from 2006 to December 2009. We were happy to welcome him back when the opportunity was given to us in the summer of 2011. Camron has a strong ability and desire to help clients design a room from the ground up. He has great knowledge for the amount of time that he has spent learning the business. He is eager to learn more and find out what will help him satisfy our customers. He is a graduate from EMU where he focused on Business Administration and Marketing. He is originally from Iowa and is a “Hawkeye” to the bone. He now lives with his wife Leah and daughter Corinna near Churchville.

 Diane Yoder Office Manager

 Diane is the sister of Ken and has worked in the office since Feb. 2001. She handles all accounting practices for the Harrisonburg store. She also supports our branch stores on all computer problem solving and software issues. She provides countless hours of support that helps our staff to stay efficient. She too is a lifelong Valley resident. She and her husband Kent live in Linville. She enjoys spending time with her three sons, one daughter in law and a grandson.  She enjoys knitting, helping in the children’s department at church, singing in the choir and in her ladies quartet.
